Employees at Jet2 were surveyed about their experience with Toothfairy, providing meaningful insights into the overall patient journey.
The findings highlight a strong positive correlation between regular use of the service and improved oral-health confidence, better self-management, and a greater understanding of personal dental needs.
These results reinforce the value of accessible, digital dental support in empowering patients to take control of their oral health.

Impact and access
The survey results demonstrated a significant shift in employees’ confidence and attitudes toward their oral health. Notably, 72% of respondents reported feeling more confident in their ability to manage dental disease after using Toothfairy. In addition, 82% stated that the app would help them reduce their risk of dental disease, largely due to the direct, personalised guidance they receive from a dentist within the app.
These findings underscore the value of providing accessible, clinician-led digital support that not only enhances users’ understanding of their oral health but also empowers them to take more proactive, effective steps to prevent dental issues.
